Open Signature Requests
There are a handful of actions users can take with open signature requests. This sections covers what those actions are and how to use them.
The HelloSign Signature Request record and child Signature Request Details contain signature data that can be used to automate business workflows.
The Latest Action field contains key information:
- Awaiting Signature
- Signature .Completed
- Declined
- Cancelled
The HelloSign Signature Request Detail record contains the Event field which populates important events for each signer requested.
- Sent
- Viewed
- Signed
- Declined
