Cancel Signature

Users can cancel any open signature requests directly in Salesforce. From the Signature Request record click the cancel button and confirm you want to cancel the request. The Signature Request record Latest Action field will update to cancelled.

Callout

Be sure to cancel open signature requests as opposed to deleting them. Deleting an open signature request will not cancel/delete the request in HelloSign and may result in the signature request record reappearing if the request is signed.
